What employees should never type into AI
Passwords, customer lists, and numbers that are not public. Keep that list short.
Passwords, customer lists, unreleased numbers, and private files do not belong in an AI tool. That is true even for a tool you approved.
Approving a tool only decides where ordinary work can happen. It does not make those items safe to paste.
If you cannot read the list out loud in a meeting, it is too long. We write it with you, then turn off the tools that are not allowed.
