How do I stop unapproved AI tools?
They can pick one or more tools they are allowed to use. Block the others, including personal logins. We walk you through it on the call.
What are the rules?
One page. Which tools are OK. What people must never type in. Who can ask for a new tool. What happens if someone goes around it.
Can I just ban all AI?
You can try. People will use their phones and you will not see it. A ban works when they also have one or more tools they are allowed to use.
