Allow, watch, or block AI tools
Each tool is allowed, still under review, or turned off.
Allowed means you will stand behind it. People can use it for work.
Watch means you have not decided yet. People can still open it, and they see a reminder while you make the call.
Blocked means it should not touch company work. If a tool is not on the list, it stays off.
A ban with no allowed tools does not hold. People switch to their phones. Tell us which tools they can use, then we shut the rest off.
